We are now in the Late Winter Season.
Children are most welcome, we have three Family Rooms.
Our Junior Tariff for bed & breakfast is:
3 years and under stay free. (We have Cots & High Chair.)
4yrs to 15yrs £12.00 per young adult per night.
We are a Pet Friendly Guesthouse so all pets are welcome free of charge.
All dogs have a sausage for their breakfast.
The Winter Season.
1st October 2011 to 13th April 2012.
Same Price as the Last 8 Years!
Our Single Night Tariff is £27.00 per night.
Our Weekly Tariff is £189.00 per week.
Both prices are per person and include a Full Welsh Breakfast.
We do not cook an evening meal in the winter. Rhos on Sea and the surrounding area has an excellent range of first class restaurants. Please ask Sandy or David for directions and money off offers.
The Spring Season.
14th April to 1st June 2012.
Our Single Night Spring Tariff is £35.00 per night.
2 Nights for £70.00. ~~~~~~~~~ 3 Nights for £ 100.00.
4 Nights for £132.00. ~~~~~~~~ 5 Nights for £164.00.
6 Nights for £196.00. ~~~~~~~~ 7 Nights for £228.00.
Prices are per person and include a Full Welsh Breakfast.
A four course evening meal is available at a cost of £15.00 per meal each night.
The Summer Season.
2nd June to 7th September 2012.
Our Single Night Summer Tariff is £37.00 per night.

Our 2012 Tariff is based on the seasons of the year, Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn.
We have been able to keep our prices the same as 2011 & have gained another star from The AA, we have now been graded AA 4****
Early Winter Season.
